This is Stones Peak, one of the highest mountains in the Park. Being across Forest Canyon from Trail Ridge Road, it is one of the most photographed peaks in the Park. It is also one of the most remote. The shortest route crosses rugged Forest Canyon, and the easiest route is over 10 miles long, one-way.
