This is the noble Snowdrift Peak, as seen from Flattop Mountain. Snowdrift is one of the more remote peaks in the park. Most access to it is through thick and rugged backcountry travel. It does offer one easy route, though. Bighorn Flats reaches up to Snowdrift's summit.
