05/13/2000: Lily Mountain (9,786ft)

Today Perry and I headed up the relatively easy Lily Mountain Trail, just outside of Estes Park, and a stone's throw from the national park border (hence, people can take dogs there -- we saw quite a few). Lily has a reputation for being the easiest mountain to climb in the Estes Park region, but it is a also a great spot to view some spectacular peaks.
