Weathering and Erosion

It is important to understand the differences between weathering and erosion. Weathering is the processes that change the shapes or forms of rock (for example, grinding rocks, glaciation, frost action, chemical interactions). Erosion is the processes that move rocks (for example, wind, rivers, glaciers).
